Terms of service

Orders and proofs

Nothing prints until you approve the proof. Three proof rounds are free. Approved orders are final.

Refunds

Full refund before proof approval. After printing, printing and postage cannot be refunded.

Delivery

We drop mail at the post office on the scheduled date. USPS controls delivery timing, typically 7 to 10 business days.

Plans

Plans bill monthly and can be canceled any time before the next drop date.

Your content

You confirm you have rights to the logos, images, and offers on your card, and that your offers follow the law and any licensing or advertising rules for your industry in your state. Political mail must carry the paid-for-by disclaimer the law requires.

Postage changes

Postage follows USPS rates and may change when USPS changes them.
