Just listed postcard

Mail it to the homes around your new listing the week it goes live. Neighbors are the people most likely to know a buyer, and the most likely to sell next. The card gets the open house in front of them and puts your name on their counter.

You can editHeadline, street name, listing photo, price, beds, baths, square feet, open house day and time, your photo, name, brokerage, license number, and phone
Recommended size6.25 x 11. The extra room fits a large listing photo. 6.25 x 9 also works.
When to mailDrop it the day the listing goes live, so it lands about 7 to 10 business days later, before or during your open house weekend
PriceFrom $0.44 a home, all in, for 6.25 x 9 (sample price)

Which routes to pick

Start with the carrier route the listing sits on. Then add the one or two routes next to it. For most agents that is 500 to 1,000 homes. Retail EDDM takes 200 to 5,000 pieces per ZIP Code per day, so one listing fits in one drop.

  • The listing's own route. These neighbors walk past the sign every day.
  • Routes with homes of a similar size and price. They are your next sellers.
  • Residential only is on by default, so businesses on the route do not get a card.

Use the free route planner to see home counts for each route before you pay.

Why this layout works

The street name is in the headline, because people read their own street first. The open house time sits in the one bright block, so it is the second thing they see. The phone number is large enough to read from the kitchen counter.

The QR code goes to a page for this listing, with all the photos and one button to call you. Every scan and call is counted, so you can see what the card did.

From our own mailingsThis section shows real response numbers for this template once we have five or more campaigns using it. Until then we show no number, rather than a made-up one.

Pair it with a just sold card 30 days later

Mail a just sold card to the same routes about 30 days after the first drop, or as soon as the home closes. The same neighbors saw the listing. Now they see the result, plus an offer of a free home value report. Two cards on the same streets build more name recognition than one.

On the Growth or Autopilot plan, your routes stay saved, so the follow-up card is two clicks. See plans and pricing.
